How to eat healthy during CNY?

Yo..CNY is around the corner. It's the season to celebrate together with relatives and parents. At the same, it's the season to eat all sort of "sinful" stuff during CNY. So how to eat healthy and reduce the chances to exercise heavily after CNY to shed off all the fats, I have a few tips for you:

1. Drink soup first before having the main dish or appetizer..it will make you full and prevent you to eat a lot of main dish.

2. Drink plain water as much as you can. Rule of thumb, a piece of "bak gua" with a class of water. two pieces of "bak gua" with two classes of water..etc.

3. Eat more white meat than red meat. Logically and common sense. Drink green tea instead of soft drink.

4. Eat as many vegetables and fruits as you can.

these tips can be used not only during CNY, it should be followed everyday to keep you fit..
