This is the second time I made a sultanan raisin and banana cake using my multi-purpose rice cooker. It was great except the banana as I think the banana I chose is different from what other bakery use in the market. Anyway, it was a good try and I am towards my next cake in the next holiday..Happy Good Friday!!
