Healthy 3 Colours Dish..For my dear
















You do not have to spent a lot to eat good and healthy. This holiday I cooked this dish called "3 Colours Dish" for my dear. You may wondering why it is called 3 colours, as you can see from the picture the dish consists of Brocolli (Green) and Casicum (Yellow and Red). My colleague told me that it is good to have various colours in the food you take. I do not exactly know the scientific reason behind it but it really taste good. This time, I use virgin olive oil, red onion, ginger together with garlic to enhance the taste of the brocolli. Surprisingly it was good and tasted nice. We cooked brown rice as well with Heinz tomato soup as our dinner. Overall we have a good time at home appreciating our dinner. Look forward my next cook..
