Hokkaido Feast @Sushi Tei

We went to Sushi Tei last weekend for our wedding anniversary at West Coast Plaza. We ordered sea urchin, raw scallop, grilled scallop and the famous Hokkaido charsiew ramen. Frankly speaking, it was not easy to find sea urchin throughout the year in Singapore due to the fact that it is seasonal and depends on the supply from Hokkaido. We were lucky this time that they have sea urchin. However, the taste is not as good as I imagine (To be frank it is too costly to eat something you don't like!). At the end, I still love the traditional dish e.g. hokkaido-styled charsiew ramen. This Sushi Tei is a new branch in West Coast plaza and surprisingly the service, ambience and the food are above average (except Sea urchin, we all don't like the taste!!). Recommended.

I didn't come here for sometime. Looks like many things have changed. The header banner looks good. But the food picture not really clear. Try again next time.
