I quoted one paragraph from the senior engineer of the product..

"FocalScope can provide a company useful information. For example, it shows how long, on average, your employees take to read and respond to email, so you can predict your company's turnaround time. It can also track the busiest email times in a day so a company can better manage its resources," said Mr Sandeep Singhania, founder and senior engineer of Lantone.

I don't really agree with what he said, this is because how long an employees take to read and respond to email cannot accurately determine the turnaround time. There are many ways to achieve that, for example, if it is urgent, people will usually call the sender instead of replying them. People can walk to the sender's cubicle to discuss it if they are happen to be in the same floor. People may not use email as way of querying. There are many ticketing system available...Excuse me..turnaround time is not measured that way!!
